Client relations and making sure documents are served in a timely manner is a main focus of Patriot Constable Service. Our experienced staff is unmatched in the industry.

You are able to come to Patriot Constable Service’s website and use their interactive forms to prepare and submit TRIAL, DEPOSITION, WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND FEDERAL SUBPOENAS. There will also be forms for the preparation of 14 Day Notices and 30 Day Notices. Once submitted Patriot’s staff will print, notarize and set up for service. Service will be made the next business day, unless SAME DAY SERVICE is requested. We at Patriot Constable Service specialize in same day service. Our in house Constables cover all of Massachusetts every day and can handle your standard and RUSH services.  We are a full time Constable Service and you will find our response time amazing. Patriot Constable Service will be able to direct bill your clients if necessary. Simply provide us with the contact information and the bill will be sent directly to your client. This includes billing to the Committee for Public Counsel Service. CPCS Attorneys, simply email your NAC number after submitting subpoena requests and the bill will be forwarded to CPCS directly by Patriot Constable Service.
